Eric was born in Dallas and he loves sharing all things that the DFW market has to offer. He has been a licensed Texas real estate agent since 2015 and has significant experience working with clients on both the buy-side and sell-side. He has a unique skillset in working with real estate investors to identify and buy high return investment properties.
Eric enjoys helping connect his client’s lifestyle and dreams with the DFW Metroplex area that is the best fit for them. Eric is also adept at creating innovative and customized strategic marketing plans to maximize the visibility and awareness for all of his clients selling their home. He also takes great pride in providing a 6 star service to all of his clients.
As a former college athlete, Eric has a very competitive and goal oriented background and is passionate about applying that same approach to business. This translates into a winning formula for his clients and team members.
In his free time, Eric can be found cheering on the Dallas Stars or Texas Rangers, playing men’s league baseball, losing balls on the golf course, and spending time with his English Bulldog, Tex.

Jake Palladino was born in Plano and is new to the real estate business. He was licensed in 2023 and is ready to make a lasting impact for his buyers and sellers. Jake enjoys talking to people and hearing about people in all walks of life. Jake credits his love for people in all walks of life to his love for church and his passion for his faith, this translates to a servant’s heart that he applies to his buyers and sellers, and the goal of not only helping clients find the perfect property, but finding a lifelong connection during the process.
Jake is a former athlete and also worked in the concrete industry for 3 years, with this he brings a hard nosed, blue collar work ethic. He uses this mindset to put clients first and do whatever it takes to make sure that clients’ needs are met. Using his unique blend of passion, relatability, and hard work ethic, Jake hopes to make every client feel like they’re special, and prioritized.
In Jake’s leisure time he loves to serve others, spend time with family and loved ones, and shopping at malls and department stores around the metroplex with friends.
